Cover your cake with a generous amount of buttercream, ganache, chocolate or frosting and simply hold the scraper vertically at the side of your cake and run around your cake pushing gently to create the pattern of the scraper you have chosen. Remove the excess that topping that collects on the scraper edge.
Made from food safe 3mm acrylic. Wash in warm soapy water and get ready to use again and again!
