This set of Heart plates are designed to use as a template first to cut from a circle sponge cake, with minumum waste to the sponge as shown in second picture. Please order the size of your circle sponge tin, the heart will fit within it.
Our range of Ganache plates are precision laser cut using 3mm food safe acrylic.
Using these plates makes it effortless to produce a perfect finish on any cake. It's a must have for the cake artists and baking perfectionists out there!
By placing a ganache plate on the top of your cake, and one on the bottom, you can use them as a guide when smoothing ganache, buttercream and royal icing around the edges of your cakes, ensuring smooth, flawless results.
