Our range of Ganache plates are precision laser cut using 3mm food safe acrylic.
These Hexagon plates can also be used to cut a perfect hexagon from a round cake sponge as shown in picture 2. Please order the correct size for your round tin.
Using these plates makes it effortless to produce a perfect finish on any cake. It's a must have for the cake artists and baking perfectionists out there!
By placing a ganache plate on the top of your cake, and one on the bottom, you can use them as a guide when smoothing ganache, buttercream and royal icing around the edges of your cakes, ensuring smooth, flawless results.
