At Pink Rose we use a secure payment facility provided by Paypal and Clearaccept.
All of our orders are packaged appropriately with bubble wrap and strong cardboard boxes. We endeavour to send all orders out within 3-5 working days, although please allow up to a maximum of 10 working days during peak seasons (Christmas / Mother's Day / Easter / Father's Day etc) or if we have had a recent offer on (particularly for personalised items).
We have introduced a flat P&P cost of just £2.15 for all Large Letter items, and £4.25 for all Parcel sized items, regardless of how many items you buy at once.
If you wish to return your order (other than personalised items, Destash Sale items or Subscription Boxes), then your items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging. Customer is to pay for return postage and the refund will be processed on receipt and inspection of the items (less original postage fee).
Personalised Products - We regrettably cannot accept returns on personalised products. In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged or with incorrect details - we will of course refund or replace the personalised product immediately.
Subscription Boxes - Our Boxes are pre-made monthly for the correct number of subscribers and therefore cannot be returned due to their monthly theme and bulk making / purchasing. You can cancel your Subscription for future boxes by logging in to your customer account.
